The Mayor recalled the importance and pride of being able to share culture and art with as many people as possible, free of charge, in the heart of towns for the past 15 years, in close collaboration with Galeries Bartoux, the initiators of this project,
Robert Bartoux reiterated the importance of access to culture, and warmly thanked the town and its technical teams for their incredible intervention: towing monumental works of art weighing several tonnes into the air and installing them with precision on mountain tops,
