Child of Vietnamese migrants, son of a woman whom disability deprived of her freedom of movement and then of speech, Hom Nguyen grew up in the streets of Paris. Today, the artist pays homage to a man of profound humility, a face that has become a symbol of Humanity, that of Abbé Pierre.
Tireless defender of his fight against precariousness and poor housing to which he dedicated his life, in the image of man, Hom Nguyen dedicates his art to him: unpredictable, inventive, provocative and unifying.
