ANDREA ROGGI’S TREES OF LIFE AT THE HÔTEL DE PARIS

In 1931, Augustine and Marcelin Aubour opened the Hôtel de Paris in Saint-Tropez, which quickly became a haven for artists who came here to draw inspiration. Since its reopening in 2013, this emblematic establishment has become a greater illustration than ever of the elegance, refinement and art of living in Saint-Tropez. Every summer, it exhibits the works of carefully selected contemporary artists.

After Bruno Catalano and Lorenzo Quinn, this year the Hôtel de Paris welcomes the emblematic Trees of Life by Italian maestro Andrea Roggi. The olive tree, deeply rooted in the Tropezian landscape, here becomes a poetic link between the artist’s native Tuscany and French Provence.

A symbol of authenticity and serenity, ‘AMORE DIVINO’ embodies the spirit of this artists’ village. The sculpture duo ‘UNA NUOVA VITA INSIEME – YING & YANG’, on display in the hall, celebrates the harmony of love and invites visitors on an inner journey of balance and elevation.
