MICHEL BASSOMPIERRE x BARRIÈRE LES NEIGES
Michel Bassompierre is a lover of the mountains, of the wild side of the forest and of the enchantment of snowy resorts. His bears and gorillas, with their round and pure forms, have been seducing people for over 50 years. Exhibited in Paris, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Courchevel 1850, on the occasion of the 2021 edition of “L’ART AU SOMMET“, his monumental works amaze young and old.
This winter, Michel Bassompierre, in collaboration with Galeries Bartoux, is exhibiting 7 of his emblematic works at the Barrière Les Neiges Hotel. In the heart of this exceptional setting, his sculptures seem to find refuge by the fireplace of the chalet and will, throughout the season, bring softness and delicacy to the lovers of skiing.
This artistic collaboration, in the heart of this white paradise, is only natural! Michel Bassompierre and the Hotel Les Neiges are committed to preserving our environment. The animal and plant species as well as our cultural heritage constitute a common wealth to be protected for future generations.
